We want as your travel partner to offer you a pleasant and smooth diving trip. For
the success of our next-valued experience bear a legal agreement
between you and us, as they are featured in our terms of service and
travel down conditions (AGB). We
suggest, therefore, our terms and conditions before Ver-contrahendo

legally effective manner in our contractual relationship - complementary

§ 1 Conclusion
With your written or oral made tour you provide us to conclude a travel contract, the maximum period of 10 days on. The final contract is only with our written confirmation. travel contract is concluded on the basis of this offer when you

§ 2 payments
With the completion of the travel contract, you have to make a down payment on the price of 20%. The rest of the tour price is due 21 days before your departure. If the travel contract closed less than 21 days before your departure, the entire tour price is due immediately.
§ 3 travel documents
Under
the contract, full payment of the agreed price, you will immediately
receive from us, but no later than 10 days before your trip start your
travel documents. If you are not up to that time the travel documents in possession, you have to inform us without delay. The
absence of notice and the trip can therefore be taken from one of you

§ 4 Cancellation
Prior to departure, you can always cancel the travel contract. With

reserve, therefore, change the itinerary and the dive program booked at
short notice on site, if required by the weather situation. We
also reserve the right, in the case of the failure of a certain minimum
number of participants for the offered Diving Safari, the same time to
cancel before departure. In this case you will be notified in writing by us before. Weather-related changes of itineraries and diving program do not count as a defect.
An extension of the participants of an event is the Dive In reserved, unless other arrangements are made.
§ 6 Liability
Our
contractual liability for damages other than personal injury is three
times the cost of travel, (1) the extent of your damage caused either
intentionally or through gross negligence by you caused was, or (2) if

compliance with the aforementioned provisions, you are in any case,
even responsible, just for the timely submission of any necessary
documents to enable travel to your destination (eg visas, health
certificates).
Please note that flight numbers,,-routes and companies shortly before departure may still change.
§ 8 Miscellaneous Provisions
The assignment of your rights as a tour participant is excluded from us to third parties. Complaints against us as a travel agent only at our headquarters - Egypt -. If
any provision or portion of the present Conditions of Use are invalid,
this shall not affect the effectiveness of the entire travel contract as
a whole.
The
