Those who go for a diving cruise the first time often are unprepared. Hence we give a few tips which will facilitate your stay on one of our chartered safari boats: (1) Don’t travel with bulky suit-cases – more suitable are bags or sae-sacks wich can be crumpled. (2) Evening dresses can be spared – warm clothes like a jogging-dress as well as a cap and a sunhat absolutly need to be in your luggage. |
(3) Even more important is not to forget about suncreames with different protection factors. (4) Take a sleeping bag with you – in the heat one gladly sleeps on top of the deck right under the starry night. (5) Clarify in advance wether you might need some medicines for travel and/or sea sickness. If you feel sick you should eat nonetheless. Dry bread and cookies are the best. Coffee, orange juice and fatty food will not stay down… |
(6) Attention with No-Limit-Diving! Remember to drink enough (2-3 liter each day). (7) Dry your wet suit between dives to avoid undercooling. (8) Take a shower inbetween the dives. Salt attracks moisture - so never you get to feel dry. (9) It is the best to take along a spare kit for the whole equipment. (10) Put the emergency buoy into your luggage and ask for our safari package. |
