Discover Scuba Diving - First experience under water

The PADI Discover program is divided into 3 possible courses, which allow 3 levels of introduction into the world of scuba diving, varying in detail depending upon the aim of the class participant. All courses, the Discover Scuba, Discover Scuba Diver and PADI Scuba Diver have in common that they are introductory courses. The completed lessons, however can be counted as credits towards the first “real” diving certificate, the PADI Open Water Diver (OWD). Discover Scuba – try it out. After a short introduction you may take your first breaths under water in the confined water of a lagoon.

Discover Scuba Diving - It takes only a day to complete and culminates in a dive to one the local dive sites under the supervision of a scuba instructor.

If you then decide to continue with your scuba training, the Discover Scuba Diving experience can give you credit towards your Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver courses.

Alternatively, for 12 months after the experience, you will be able to participate in guided dives under the supervision of a PADI instructor.

Prerequisites: 10 years of age or older; Parental consent (signature) for minors.

PADI Scuba Diver - The PADI Scuba Diver course is a pre-entry level course designed for people with limited time (half that of the Open Water Diver course). The course lasts for two days and results in a certification as a PADI Scuba Diver enabling you to participate in dives to a maximum depth of 12m under the supervision of a PADI Divemaster, Assistant Instructor or Instructor.

Prerequisites: Water ability; Medical statement signed within the last year; 2 passport photographs; Minimum age 12 years (Junior Scuba Diver); Parental consent (signature) for minors. This course is constantly available on request.  Please contact us.
