The Dive Center DIVEIN Dahab was founded by Andreas (Andy) Tischer in the year 1999. Since this time the DiveIn became one of the most popular places at the Sinai. Our dive instruction is tought according to famous organisations like SSI, PADI and VDST/CMAS (Nr. 114).

The DiveIN is situated directly at the edge of a completely empty promontory south of the center of Dahab. “Dahab” means gold, and the town got its name from the amazing bay with gold-like sand, called “Lagona”. Directly in front of our dive center is our house reef “Islands” which is known to be one of Dahab’s most beautiful dive spots.  Come and convince yourself of the equal beauty of the Sinai and the Red Sea.

The DiveIn is not just another dive center in Dahab, it is a really alternative. We offer our guests a big range of possibilities to create their individual program – but over all - service, security and fun will be to the fore.

Consequently we feel it an important matter of concern to meet all your wishes individually, as well those,  which are not part of your diving activities. Due to this we offer especially for our non-diving guests a rich program of non-diving alternatives, e.g. Quad-Runners, Camel Safari, Wadi Tours (visit of an oasis) or organized safaris to St. Catherine monastery or the Colored Canyon.

The dive center has separated classrooms with  black boards, video, beamer and slide projector. It is also an office with internet account (highspeed) available.

Authorized staff willingly cares about the equipments maintenance and security at our workshop. Test-equipment like BCD, dry suits, or full-face masks can be tried out and learned in speciality courses. Our 30 complete sets give a good offer for all dive activities. We provide computers as well as underwater-lights for rent. 

The flags of the DiveIn can already be seen from the distance.

We dive with 12 liter aluminium-tanks, which are maintenanced and checked due to MOT-regulations regularly. Nitrox- or Trimix-Dives are possible. If you wish so we are pleased to record in pictures your experiences in the fascinating underwater world.

Cosy seats, cafeteria, bar and a roof terrace allow to finish the day at sunset with a cold beer.

We like to look after our guests’ well being as well after the dive and organize e.g. typically Egyptian dinners.
